The personal data collected (name, email*, company, position, country and any other not specified here that is not billing information) within the registration fields in the Event form and for its management and Leading - Congress Management and Organisation, Ltd. Taking into account that:
- "Email" personal data is mandatory for filling in order to send relevant notifications related to the registration status, changes, or other useful general information regarding the event, so without this data we cannot fulfill your requests
- The remaining data (name, company, position, country and any other unspecified that is not billing data) allow us to personalise communication and perform analytical analysis of registered participants in order to tailor content and filter notification delivery.
- In case there are billing data (name, entity, address, VAT number, phone and any other unspecified), they will be used exclusively for accounting and financial procedures regarding event registration.
The data in question will not be used for any other purpose, and will be kept by the organizing entity for 2 years.
You may exercise your rights provided for by law (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability) by written contact to the following email ssiem2024@leading.pt or to the email specified in the registration form, without prejudice to the right to file a complaint with the competent control authority.
When you send us your personal data, it will be protected through appropriate security protocols for internet communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Image Use
This event may be photographed and filmed, by participating you agree that the images may be used for promotion in the context of the event.
User Commitment
The user must commit to using the contents and information offered by the SSIEM Annual Symposium 2024 on its website appropriately, which includes:
A) Not engaging in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
B) Not spreading propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic, online betting houses, luck and chance games, any type of pornography, terrorism apology or against human rights;
C) Not causing damage to the physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems of Leading, its suppliers or third parties, to introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems capable of causing the previously mentioned damages.
